One of the “first on the block” in 1939, this William Wurster designed home and Tommy Church design garden were rejuvenated and refinished in true to period materials and finishes with modern details. The work involved an expanded basement Den, Laundry and Wine Room. Interior veneer plaster throughout and pre-finished, German made, European Oak floors. Each bedroom has a full bath with traditional Tadelakt plaster walls. On top of the Garage building there is also a fully remodeled large, one bedroom Guest Suite.
