This property is located in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood and was built in 1906. The original Tudor style building is attached to what was once a Church in the early 1900’s. We performed a complete interior and exterior remodel that included a full seismic upgrade and some tricky neighbor property underpinning in sand. The result is a new traditional face lift on the street side and a clean and modern space within and at the back, full height floor to ceiling windows and doors that open to a new terraced living wall garden. The bronze floating stair case follows the angled side property line. A Boffi Kitchen design and skylights lighten up the space on each floor. This was a very enjoyable job for us all and we love going back to see the space and the views! The property was published in Interior Design “House of Tudor” and is a California Home Design Award Winning Design
