This historic 1890’s Victorian survived the 1906 earthquake and some. It was once home to the Hormel family and sits atop Ashbury Heights at Buena Vista Park. The exterior of the house was carefully restored to it’s original character, while modern, clean finishes and details are found within. The main staircase floats off the walls and hangs within the stair well with perimeter LED lighting. A large Wine Room is surrounded with stainless steel wine racks and a glass door enclosure. The owner and architect’s maintained the top floor ceiling lines and created a new level at the top with two baths and a sitting space.
